1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and clubb99 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the clubb99 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the clubb99 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of those amended terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the clubb99 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration
• Is legally competent to enter into a binding contract
• Not listed under any active self-exclusion or gambling restriction programme
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity
• Not located in a jurisdiction that prohibits the use of online gambling platforms

3 Registration and Account Management

3.1 Registration Process

Registering a clubb99 account is free and requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name as per your identification card, IC number, active mobile number, and a valid email address. Information provided during registration must match the official identification documents used during the KYC process.

3.2 KYC Verification

Clubb99 requires identity verification (Know Your Customer) before your first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (front and back), a selfie holding your IC, and proof of address dated within the last three months. The KYC process is typically completed within two to twenty-four hours.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts — even under different details — is a breach of terms that will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and unprocessed winnings.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. clubb99 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own failure to maintain account security.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

Clubb99 accepts deposits via a variety of Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion
• Deposits must be made from an account or payment method registered in the member's own name
• Clubb99 does not accept deposits from third parties or the use of another person's credit card
• Any deposit found to originate from a suspicious source will be blocked and investigated
• Clubb99 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method at any time

5 Cash Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your clubb99 account are subject to the following conditions. Familiarising yourself with these conditions in advance will help avoid delays or rejections of your withdrawal requests.

5.1 General Withdrawal Terms

• KYC must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is processed
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for most methods
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method verified under the member's name
• Any active bonus must meet its rollover requirement before a withdrawal is permitted
• Clubb99 processes withdrawals within 15 to 60 minutes depending on the chosen method

5.2 Large Withdrawals

Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 in a single transaction may require additional verification and take slightly longer to process. This is a standard security measure to protect your funds. clubb99 reserves the right to request supporting documents for large withdrawals.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Rollover

All bonuses and promotions offered by clubb99 are subject to specific terms stated in each offer. Claiming a bonus is considered acceptance of the relevant bonus terms.

6.1 Rollover Requirements

Rollover (also known as wagering requirements) is the total amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you need to place bets totalling RM 1,000 before a withdrawal is permitted.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Clubb99 uses a sophisticated detection system to identify bonus abuse. Activities considered abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk betting specifically structured to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk, and the use of strategies clearly designed to exploit bonus terms.

6.3 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover requirements are not met within that period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

7 Game Rules and Wagering

All games on the clubb99 platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent testing body. 8 Prohibited Member Conduct

• Collusion between players to cheat the gaming system
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software errors to gain unauthorised advantages
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting support staff or other players
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process

9 Data Security and Privacy

Clubb99 takes the privacy and security of all members' personal data seriously. All data collected is stored and processed in accordance with the clubb99 Privacy Policy, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, clubb99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting activity, service disruptions caused by third parties, or data damage resulting from cyberattacks beyond our control.

Clubb99 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. We will make every effort to maintain high uptime, but occasional downtime for maintenance or due to external factors is entirely beyond our control.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

Clubb99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any condition within this Terms and Conditions document
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Requests from authorities with valid jurisdiction
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, clubb99 reserves the right to confiscate any remaining balance and wins in the account. For closures due to other reasons such as inactivity, eligible balances will be returned once the investigation is complete.

12 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Clubb99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be announced via in-platform notifications or email to registered members. The latest update date will always be displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the clubb99 platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
